RSV is a common virus that often causes cold-like symptoms. For most people, these symptoms are mild and they recover within a week or two. However, people with certain health risks can get really sick if they catch RSV.

The SHINE-HR clinical trial will help us learn if a study medicine is safe to use in people with RSV infection who have other health risks, and if it can prevent them from getting seriously ill because of RSV. Participants in this clinical trial will receive care from a team of specialists and contribute to research on RSV infection that may help protect more people from severe illness caused by this virus.
